糖尿病足应用胰岛素外敷治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的：分析糖尿痛足应用胰岛素外敷治疗的效果。方法：2013年8月至2014年2月期闽，我院收治糖尿病足患者共72例，使用随机分组将其分为观察组和对照纽各36例，其中对照组采用常规清创后直接换药包扎，观察组患者除对照组治疗外，采用胰岛素外敷治疗，对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果：在经过不同治疗后，观察组患者治疗总有效率为94．44％（34／36），对照组患者治疗总有效率为69．44％（25／36），两组间相比较有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：在对糖尿病足患者进行治疗的过程中，采用胰岛素外敷治疗能够缩短患者的治疗时间，同时达到很好的治疗效果，在临床中值得推广。Objective： to analyze the application of insulin treatment of diabetic foot extemal effect. Methods： during the period from 2013 August to 2014 February in our hospital, 72 cases of diabetic foot patients, using randomized divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group, the control group with routine debridement direcdy after dressing dressings, patients in the observation group except the control group treatment with insulin, external treatment, comparative analysis the two groups of patients with treatment efthct. Results ： after different treatment, patients in the observation group the total effective rate was 94.44% （ 34/36 ）, the patients in the control group the total effective rate was 69.44% （ 25/36 ）, compared with a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）.
