摘　　要：目的：分析小儿先天性心脏病介入治疗的术后护理体会。方法：回顾性分析45例先天性心脏瘸患儿的临床资料，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，其中观察组23例，对照组22例，比较两组的术后疼痛（VAS）评分、平均住院时间、并发症情况及家属满意度评分。结果：观察组的术后疼痛评分值、平均住院时间、并发症发生率及家属满意度评分均优于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：针对先天性心脏病患儿加强术后的全面护理，可有效缓解其疼痛症状，缩短住院时间，降低并发症的发生率，提高患儿家属满意度。Objective ： to analysis the nursing experience of children with congenital heart disease interventional therapy after operation. Methods ： retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 45 eases of children with congenital heart disease, it will be randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group of 23 eases, 22 cases in the control group, compared with two groups of postoperative pain （VAS） score, the average hospitalization time, complications and family satisfaction rating. Results： the group of postoperative.pain score, the average hospitalization time, complications rate and family satisfaction scores were better than the control group, the difference has statistical significance （P＆amp;h; 0.05）. Conclusion： com- prehensive nursing care for children with congenital heart disease to strengthen postoperative, can effectively alleviate their pain symptoms, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
