微创治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的临床护理

摘　　要：目的：分析微创治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的临床护理体会。方法：回顾性分析50例前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者的临床资料，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各25例，比较两组患者的手术时间、并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果：观察组患者住院时间、并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组，差异具统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：针对微创治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者加强针对性护理，可有效缩短手术时间、降低手术并发症发生率，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广。Objective ： to analyze the clinical nursing experience of minimally invasive treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones. Methods ： retrospective a- nalysis of the clinical data of 50 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group, the operation time, complications of two groups of patients the incidence and degree of satisfaction of patients. Results ： the incidence rate of observation group was significantly lower than control group hospitalization time, complications of patients, the difference has statistical significance （ P＆arnp; It; 0.05 ） ; observation group nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, the difference has statistical significance （P＆amp;lt; 0.05）. Conclusion： to strengthen nursing for minimally invasive treatment of patients with benign prostatic hypetplasia complicated with bladder stones, which can effectively shorten the operation time and reduce the incidence of complications, improve patient satisfaction, is worth the clinical promotion.
