肝总动脉分支变异1例考察报告

摘　　要：对该例标本采用非测量性观察法和体质测量观察法综合考察发现，腹腔干发出胃左动脉、脾动脉和肝总动脉；肝总动脉直接发出三支动脉，即肝左动脉、肝右动脉和胃十三势璺蔓脉，且未见盱固有动脉；肝左动脉、肝右动脉和胃十二指肠动脉三支位于同一解剖位点，肝右垂直于另两支动脉。综合以上分析，该例标本属于肝总动脉缺如交异。the cases of specimens using non measurement method of observation and the observation physical measurement comprehensive investigation found that celiac axis from the left gastric artery, splenic artery and hepatic artery; Common hepatic artery issued three artery directly, left hepatic artery, right hepatic artery and gastroduodenal artery, and did not see the proper hepatic artery ; Liver left and right hepatic artery and gastroduodenal artery three in the same anatomical site, right hepatic perpendicular to the other two arteries. Comprehensive the above analysis, the cases of specimens as part of the common hepatic artery is absent.
