摘　　要：目的针对我院麻醉科恢复室麻醉药品、一类精神药品的使用和管理问题进行探讨，旨在达到麻醉药品、一类精神药品合理使用，严格管理、防止滥用和流入非法渠道的目的。方法对近4年来麻醇药品、一类精神药品的使用、管理情况进行统计、分析，并加以总结。通过科室质控小组的质控对药品使用和管理各个环节进行有效管理。结果经过严格管理后，能有效实现麻醉药品和一类精神药品安全合理管理。保证了药品正确、合理地使用，扼制了滥开滥用、危害人体健康现象的发生，杜绝药品流入非法渠道给社会造成危害的可能。Objective To explore my courtyard department of anesthesia recovery room of narcotic drugs, apsychotropic drug use and management issues, to achieve the rational use of an- esthetics, a class ofpsychoactive drugs, strict management, to prevent the abuse and into illegal channels to. Methods in the past 4 years, narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs, the use of a class of management statistics, analysis, and summary. Effective management of drug use and management of all aspects of the quality control department. Results afterstriet management, can effec- tively realize the rationalmanagement of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugssafety. The correct, reasonable use, curb the excessiveabuse, harm to human health, the occurrence of the phenom- enon, to prevent drug into illegal channels to cause harm to society.
