摘　　要：目的:建立海洋星虫多糖的质量标准。方法:对海洋星虫多糖的水分、炽灼残渣和重金属进行检查,采用硫酸-蒽酮比色法对海洋星虫多糖进行含量测定。结果:海洋星虫多糖中水分应不超过5.0%,炽灼残渣不得过1.0%,重金属含量不得过百万分之二十,海洋星虫多糖以葡萄糖(C6H12O6)计,不得少于80%。结论:本方法准确方便,能较全面地控制海洋星虫多糖的质量。Objective： To establish the quality standard for Sipunculus nudus polysaccharide. Methods： The water content, igni- tion residues and heavy metals in Sipunculus nudus polysaccharide were determined. Authrone-sulfuric acid colorimetry was used to de- termine the polysaecharide content. Results： The water content in the polysaccharide should not exceed 5.0%, ignition residues should not exceed 1.0% , and the content of heavy metals should not exceed 20 ppm. The polysaccharide content should exceed 80% （glucose）. Conclusion： The method is accurate and simple, and can be effectively used in the quality control of polysaccharide in Sipunculus nudus Linnaeu.
