摘  要:以某低活性铝硅质尾矿作为硅铝原料(基质),分别与四种不同的铝校正料复合,在碱硅酸盐溶液激发作用下制备矿物聚合材料;同时将该尾矿与硅灰以及钙质原料(包括矿渣和钢渣)复合制备"免配碱激发剂溶液型"矿物聚合材料。对各试样的抗化学侵蚀性能进行测试,并与普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆试样进行对比;在微观上借助SEM和FTIR对代表性试样进行表征。结果表明,以铝酸盐水泥为铝校正料制备的矿物聚合材料试样经H2SO4溶液侵蚀后有较多沸石相生成,其抗化学侵蚀性能较为良好;普通硅酸盐水泥砂浆试样经硫酸盐侵蚀后其初期强度有所提高,但后期强度可能会因钙矾石的增多而降低。Combined with four different Al-correcting materials respectively and activated by alkaline silicate solution,a low-reactive aluminosilicious tailing was used as Si-Al source material( base material)for geopolymer synthesis. Meanwhile,the tailing was combined with silica fume,calcium-bearing source materials( including ore residue and steel residue) for preparing the " alkaline solution-free" geopolymer samples. Compared with the ordinary Portland cement( OPC) mortar sample,resistance to chemical attack of the geopolymer samples were tested; In the microscopic view,the representative geopolymer sample was characterized by SEM and FTIR analyses. Results showed that,much zeolite phase formed in the aluminate cement-contained geopolymer sample after chemical attack of H2SO4 solution,giving rise to its excellent resistance to chemical attack; After chemical attack of sulphate solution,the initial strength of OPC mortar sample improved,but its long-term strength would most likely decrease due to the increase of ettringite.
