摘  要:用正交试验法对N220、N550和ST1120三种炭黑和高分散白炭黑共同补强的丁腈橡胶在耐空气热老化和耐油方面的性能进行了研究。结果表明炭黑N220和ST1120对丁腈橡胶老化行为具有显著影响,N220最优添加量为10 phr,ST1120最优添加量为20 phr;N550对橡胶老化的影响较小,可以大量添加起到补强作用;高分散白炭黑可显著降低正硫化时间和焦烧时间。Regarding NBR with common reinforcement by three kinds of carbon black( N220,N550 and ST1120) and one kind of high dispersion silica( iChem  Sil 3230),orthogonal experimental design method was utilized to investigate the effects of these factors on various rubber properties,including normal mechanical property,thermal aging and oil aging property. The results show that the carbon black N220 and ST1120 take significantly effects on the nitrile rubber aging behavior. The optimal dosage for N220 and ST1120 is 10 phr and 20 phr respectively. The impact of N550 on the rubber aging is small,so it is suitable to add more N550 for the purpose of reinforcement. Also it was found that high dispersion silica can significantly reduce curing time and the scorch time.
