摘  要:以Nd2O3、Yb2O3、Y2O3、Ga2O3和柠檬酸为原料,采用凝胶燃烧法,制备出Nd,Yb∶YGG激光陶瓷粉体。对粉体进行XRD测试,结果表明在本实验条件下,粉体的较佳煅烧温度为800℃。扫描电镜观察发现,粉体晶粒为类球形,平均晶粒径约为50 nm,晶粒间存在一定烧结现象。荧光光谱测试结果表明Nd,Yb∶YGG激光陶瓷粉体最强发射峰位于1028 nm,归属于Yb3+的2F5/2→2F7/2能级跃迁,并且当Nd3+和Yb3+的摩尔比为1∶1时Yb3+的荧光发射强度最强。The Nd,Yb∶ YGG laser ceramic precursor powders was prepared by sol-gel combustion method.Nd2O3、Yb2O3、Y2O3、Ga2O3and citric acid were used as raw materials. XRD analysis showed that the preferred calcined temperature of the powder was 800 ℃. SEM analysis showed that the morphology of the powders was prolate spherical and the average radius is 50 nm,There is a certain grain sintering phenomenon. The fluorescence spectrum revealed that the most strong emission of Nd,Yb∶ YGG powders was 1028 nm,which was attributed to ^2F5 /2→^2F7 /2 of Yb^3+. The fluorescence emission of Nd,Yb∶ YGG powders was the strongest when the mole rate between Nd^3+ and Yb^3+ was 1∶ 1.
