超高龄患者安全用药实用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预用于超高龄患者用药,确保用药安全。方法将空军总医院住院的626例超高龄患者随机分为观察组和对照组各313例,均对超高龄患者进行用药能力评估,确定护理问题。观察组对患者及家属进行用药安全指导,对照组只对患者进行常规指导。结果观察组患者服药依从性明显优于对照组(χ2=6.46,P<0.05),病情控制方面观察组明显优于对照组(χ2=5.78,P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能提高超高龄患者服药依从性,确保超高龄患者安全用药。Objective To investigate the medication safety in the process of comprehensive nursing intervention for the very elderly patients.Methods Totally 626 very elderly patients of hospitalized in author’s hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,313 cases in each group.All subjects received an assessment on capability,and then determined the nursing problems.The drug safety guidance to patients and their families was performed in experimental group,while the control group only with conventional instruction.Results In the experimental group,patients with medication compliance was better than the control group（χ2=6.46,P〈0.05）,the disease control of experimental group was better than the control group（χ2=5.78,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients with advanced age,and ensure that the very elderly patients medication safety.
