摘　　要：秦汉至南北朝时期是中医理论体系的孕育、奠基阶段,对脘腹痛病证的研究也处于起步阶段,形成了对于脘腹痛的名称、病因病机、临床诊察、处方用药等一系列基本认识,奠定了脘腹痛病证诊疗思想的基础,对后世医家认识和治疗该病产生了深远影响。Qin and Han dynasties to the Northern and Southern dynasties is the foundation stage of theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine. The research of epigastric pain disorders was also at the start stage, forming a series of basic knowledge of the epigastric pain disease name, etiology and pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis, prescription medication and some other knowledges and laying the foundation for the epigastric pain disease diagnosis and treatment thoughts, which has produced profound influence for the later physicians to recognize and treat this disease.
