复方守宫散对S180荷瘤小鼠镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究复方守宫散对S180荷瘤小鼠的镇痛作用。方法:采用小鼠热板法和扭体法致痛模型来评价复方守宫散的镇痛作用。结果:复方守宫散可以明显延长荷瘤小鼠舔后足的时间和显著减少扭体反应的次数。结论:复方守宫散具有明显的镇痛作用。Objective： To study the analgesic effect of Compound Shougong Powder in S180 tumorbearing mice. Methods ： A variety of animal models tests, including the mice hot-plate test and the writhing test induced pain experiment, were used to evaluate the analgesic effect of SGS. Results： SGS could apparently prolong the time for tumor-bearing mice to lick their hind legs and also significantly reduced the number of writhing response. Conclusion ： SGS has obvious analgesic effect.
