清代名家从肾论治医案中六味丸运用研究  

Study on Liuwei Pill in Clinical Cases about Treating Diseases by Regulating Kidney Function of Qing Dynasty Celebrated Physicians

摘　　要：筛选清代名家10部医案类书中从肾论治医案621例,其中应用六味地黄丸进行论治的医案55例。通过频数及聚类分析,归纳出六味地黄丸主要用于内科、外科及五官科疾病,为治疗肝肾阴虚、虚火上炎之基础方。该方在药物配伍上以补阴药为首,加强滋阴降火之功效。配伍后组成的方剂为都气丸、麦味地黄丸及知柏地黄丸。We screened 55 clinical cases which used Liuwei Pill to treat diseases by regulating kidney function from 621 clinical cases of 10 works of medical records. By frequency analysis and cluster analysis, the results showed that Liuwei Pill was used to treat internal diseases, surgical diseases and diseases of five sense organs and was a basic recipe to treat liver-kidney yin deficiency and upward blazing of deficiency fire. Compatibilities of herbs for invigorating yin were head to enhance effect of nourishing yin and reducing pathogenic fire. Duqi Pill, Maiwei Pill and Zhibai Pill were new recipes of Liuwei Pill compatible with herbs.
