益气固脱颗粒联合生物反馈电刺激治疗轻中度盆腔器官脱垂临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气固脱颗粒联合生物反馈电刺激疗法治疗轻中度盆腔器官脱垂的临床效果。方法:收集我院61例轻中度盆底器官脱垂的患者,分为益气固脱颗粒组和益气固脱颗粒联合生物反馈电刺激组,观察两组治疗前后总疗效、盆底肌评估(盆底肌肉收缩力、持续收缩时间)的改善情况,治疗后3个月随访复发率。结果:治疗1个疗程后,两组临床总疗效、盆底肌肉收缩力和持续收缩时间,均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),其中联合组较中药组改善更显著(P<0.05),联合组复发率低于中药组。结论:益气固脱颗粒联合生物反馈电刺激疗法治疗盆腔器官脱垂有较好临床疗效。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Gutuo Granules combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy in the treatment of mild to moderate pelvic organ prolapse Methods ： Retrospectively 61 patients with mild to moderate pelvic organ prolapse were divided into Yiqi Gutuo Granules group and Yiqi Gutuo Granules combined with biological stimulation group electrical feedback. Two groups were observed the total efficacy of pelvic floor muscle assessment （ pelvic floor muscle contraction force, sustained systolic time ） to improve the situation before and after treatment and three months follow-up recurrence rate after treatment. Results ： After one course of treatment, two groups＇ clinical total effective rate, pelivic floor muscle contraction force and sustained contraction time were improved compared with those before treatment （ P〈0.05 ）. The combined group improved more significantly than Chinese medicine group （ P〈0.05 ） and the combination group＇s recurrence rate was lower than that of the other group. Conclusion： Yiqi Gutuo Granules combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation has better clinical effect of treating pelvic organ prolapse.
