摘　　要：叶景华认为高尿酸血症肾病以脾肾两虚为本,湿、热、浊、瘀内阻为标,健脾益肾、清热利湿、泄浊化瘀为其基本治则,泄浊活血当贯穿治疗始终。YE Jinghua takes deficiency of spleen and kidney as the root of hyperuricemia nephrosis, and dempness, heat, turbid and stasis for branch. It is the basic treating principle of hyperuricemia nephrosis for the methods of invigorating spleen and kidney, eliminating dampness and heat, dissipating stasis and purging turbidity. Dissipating stasis and purging turbidity should be used through the treatment.
