摘　　要：脾约证首见于《伤寒论》,目前大家普遍认为其病机是胃强脾弱,从理论上言可通,于临床实际似不尽相符。作者试以探讨,认为其病机为胃热脾燥,燥热蒸津上迫于肺,肺肃降水液偏渗入膀胱,致使肠道津液减少,肠道失润,故小便数,大便硬。脾不能正常运化水液以濡润肠道,与正常相比受到约束,所以称之为脾约。用麻子仁丸治之,意在泻胃热,除脾燥,而舒脾气之约束。Spleen constipation was originally read in Shanghanlun. At prenent, the pathogenesis is regarded as stomach preponderance and spleen weakness. It is reasonable in theory but discordant in practice. The author trys to explore and think the pathogenesis is stomach heat and spleen dryness. Dryness- heat transports too much body fluid to the lung. The lung transmits water to urinary bladder so the stomach intestine is lack in lubrication. So the patients have constipation and frequent mieturition. The imbalance of spleen transporting function leads to gastrointestinal functional disturbance. It is constrainted compared to the normality. So it is called splenic constipation. Spleen constipation can be treated by Maziren Pill. The therapeutic method contains the meaning of removing stomach heat and spleen dryness and spreading out snleen Oi.
