摘　　要：肛肠痔瘘病俗称痔疮,是一种常见病、多发病;临床表现为出血和痔核脱出,可伴发排便困难以及血栓、嵌顿和绞窄。据调查,痔占所有肛肠疾病的52.19%,发病率高,故民间有"十人九痔"的说法。中医称痔为"痔疮",近年来对痔的定义均统一于西医的概念。作者结合临床上痔疮几种较为常见的病机,探讨不同病因病机与其相应治法间的关系。Hemorrhoid is common and frequently-occurring disease in clinic. The main manifestations include bleeding and and anal cushion, complicated with difficult defecation and blood stasis. According to the investigation, hemorrhoid accounts for 52.19% of the anal diseases with high incidence. The TCM concept has united with the Western medicine＇s in recent years. The authors discussed the different pathogenesis and treatments.
