高相比耐漏电起痕指数值、高GWIT、无卤阻燃连续长连续长玻纤增强PET的研究及应用

摘　　要：采用自行复配的无卤阻燃剂制备了无卤阻燃连续长玻纤增强PET材料。该材料具有较好的阻燃性能、较高机械性能及良好电绝缘性能,其相比漏电起痕指数已超过600V。而且,该材料还具有对银和铜等电极具有低腐蚀性。该材料已经广泛应用于接触器、漏电保护器、断路器外壳等电子电器领域的产品。In this research, we prepared halogen free flame retardant continuous Long-Fiber reinforced PET which had been added the red phosphorus masterbatch prepared by our company. This material shows good properties on flame retardants, mechanical behavior and electric insulation, e.g. its CTI could reach as high as 600V. Furthermore, the PET has low corrosive characteristics to silver and copper electrodes. This material has already been widely used in electrical industry, such as contactors, circuit breakers.
