基于SWOT分析的高校土地资产综合利用策略研究——以陕西省西安市高校为例

摘　　要：以西安多校区运行模式的高校为研究区域,从国家相关政策、校区周边的经济、社会环境和学校土地及地上附属建筑的利用情况等方面收集西安高校土地利用现状的数据资料,运用SWOT分析方法,采用SO(依靠内部优势,利用外部机会)、ST(依靠内部优势,回避外部威胁)、WO(利用外部机会,克服内部劣势)、WT(减少内部劣势,回避外部威胁)四个组合因素进行分析,从而得出西安高校土地资产综合利用的战略选择。This paper investigates the state of land assets utilization of multi-campuses universities and colleges in Xi＇an. Research data are collected in terms of government policies, economy of campus surroundings, land assets within campuses and the utilization of buildings. Based on the four integrated SWOT analysis, SO （relying on inside strengths ＆ utilizing outside opportunities）, ST （relying on inside strengths ＆ avoiding outside threats）, WO （utilizing outside opportunities ＆ overcoming inside weaknesses） and WT （reducing inside weakness ＆ avoiding outside threats）, this paper concludes the strategies for the comprehensive utilization of land assets owned by universities and colleges in Xi＇an.
