摘　　要：针对中小家居销售企业营销管理中集中信息服务的问题,结合基于软件即服务模式(Saa S)的家居营销服务平台,研究整体架构服务层次的中小家居企业信息服务的Saa S架构体系。针对业务处理过程中信息公布集中和业务处理分离的特点,提出基于Portal的服务发布和基于模型驱动思想的多租户服务处理方法。在信息发布模块,系统采用了可配置内容引擎的个性化展现方法,有效地处理了信息展现的差异性需求。同时,在多租户业务模型方面,采用了多租户数据设计模型和统一的数据处理接口,有效地解决了多租户数据共享和分离的问题。In light of the concentrated information services issue of small-and-medium sized housing business companies in marketing management, we study the SaaS architecture system of information services for small-and-medium sized housing business enterprises on whole architecture service level in combination with the SaaS-based housing business marketing services platform. In this paper, we propose a Portal-basedservice release and the model driven idea-based multi-tenants services processing method for the characteristics of concentrated informationpublishing and separated business processing in business operation process. In information release module, the system adopts the individualised display method with configurable contentengine, which effectively tackles the demand of difference demonstrated by the information. Meanwhile, on multi-tenants business model side, the use of effective multi-tenants data design model and uniform data processinginterface solves the problem of multi-tenants data sharing and separation effectually.
