摘　　要：根据广电的OTT(over the top)业务,对流媒体支撑系统中的电视直播/时移服务平台、视频点播等平台进行设计。在这个设计方案中,时移业务采用微分片技术,目的是让用户的体验效果更佳;内容分发网络系统采用双向化的设计方式,任意节点间可进行内容分发,可以缓解骨干网的压力;利用HTTP Referer特性,能有效地防止非法用户进行访问。According to OTT business of Radio and Television Administration, in the paper we design live television/time-shifted service platform and video-on-demand platform in streaming media support system. In this design scheme, time-shifted service adopts micro-sharding technology, which aims at making user＇s experience effect to be better; the CDN system uses a bidirectional design way, between any two nodes the contents can be delivered, so that the pressure of the backbone network is able to be alleviated; by making use of HTTP Referer characteristics, the illegal user＇s access can be effectively prevented.
