拓展训练对疗养院非现役文职护士心理健康的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨拓展训练对非现役文职护士心理健康的影响。方法将疗养院非现役文职护士136例随机分为拓展训练组（n=70）和常规教育组（n=66）,于任职初期、心理训练前（任职1-3年）及心理训练后进行症状自评量表（SCL-90）测评,并进行比较分析。结果心理训练后两组SCL-90总分及各因子得分均低于训练前,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）,训练后两组间除躯体化、敌对及其他因子得分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）外,其余各因子得分及总分拓展训练组均低于常规教育组,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论拓展训练对非现役文职护士心理健康影响效果显著。Objective To investigate the influence of development training on mental health of non active duty nurses.Methods Divide the non active duty nurses of 136 into two groups：development training group（n=70）and traditional education group （n =66）.Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90）was used to evaluate nurses early on in their tenure,before training（worked for 1 to 3 years）and after training.The results were compared between two groups. Results The total scores of SCL-90 and all factorial scores of two groups were lower after training than its before training（P〈 0.01 ）. Besides the difference of somatization, hostility and other fatorisls were of no significance（P〉 0.05）, the other factorial scores of SCL-90 of development training group were lower than its of traditional education group except somatization and hostility （P 〈0.01）.Conclusion The development training clearly improves mental health of non active duty nurses employed.
