摘　　要：在知识经济时代,知识管理水平的高低已经成为了影响高校图书馆服务质量的一个重要因素。本文首先介绍了知识管理的概念及其重要性,接着以国内外四所典型图书馆为例,介绍了知识管理模式在图书馆界的实际应用,最后分析了知识管理在图书馆中应用的发展前景。First of all, this article introduces the concept of knowledge management and the significance of it. Then it takes four typical libraries as example to illustrate the practical application of knowledge management in them. Finally, it makes some predictions about the application of knowledge management in library.
