摘 要:采用菌丝生长速率法和区分剂量法检测了采自江苏省句容市的98株葡萄炭疽病菌对多菌灵的抗药性。菌丝生长速率法检测结果表明:多菌灵抑制葡萄炭疽病菌菌丝生长的EC50值在0.0610~2.2991μg/mL之间,平均为0.5285μg/mL;敏感、中抗和高抗菌株分别占55.10%、43.88%和1.02%。区分剂量法检测结果表明:敏感、低抗、中抗和高抗菌株分别占51.02%、45.92%、3.06%和0%。In this study, 98 strains of grape anthracnose pathogen were collected from Jurong city, Jiangsu province, and their resistances to Carbendazim were detected by using mycelial growth rate method and dosage distinguishing method.The result of de-tection by mycelial growth rate method showed that the EC50 values of Carbendazim against the mycelial growth of these strains varied from 0.0610 μg/mL to 2.2991 μg/mL, with an average of 0.5285 μg/mL; the percentage of sensitive, moderately resistant and highly resistant strains was 55.10%, 43.88% and 1.02%, respectively.The result of detection by dosage distinguishing method indicated that the sensitive, lowly resistant, moderately resistant and highly resistant strains accounted for 51.02%, 45.92%, 3. 06%and 0%of total strains respectively.
