新疆巴旦木加工机械现状及解决的技术问题

摘　　要：巴旦木是世界四大著名干果之一,又称巴旦杏,学名扁桃(Amygdalus communis L.),为世界著名干果及木本油料树种。其主要分布在美国、地中海地区,自唐朝引入中国栽培以来,巴旦木在我国的分布十分有限,大面积巴旦木种植主要集中在中国新疆。为此,论述了巴旦木初加工机械机国内外的发展现状,提出了巴旦木生产中存在问题及解决的途径。Almond is one of the four famous dry fruit, also known as almond, almond （ scientific name Amygdalus com- munis L. ） , the world famous nut and woody oil plant. It is mainly distributed in America, Mediterranean region, since the Tang Dynasty into Chinese cultivation, almond is very limited in distribution in China, large area is cultivated mainly in Xinjiang. The only almond producing zone which located at South Xinjiang in China. The development of mechaniza- tion and technology have been discussed in this paper all over the world. The problem and solution of almond production which have beeb proposed.
