摘　　要：海南省广泛种植香蕉,香蕉收获后会产生很多秸秆等副产物。目前,我国对香蕉秸秆副产物的利用主要是饲料化和纤维化,这两种处理方法都需要对香蕉秸秆进行切片处理,因此切片质量的好坏会直接影响后续对香蕉秸秆的再加工。为此,设计了一种香蕉秸秆切片机,通过PLC系统控制切片过程。其切片效果好、效率高、功耗低,为香蕉秸秆的后续加工提供了基础。There are a lot of banana growed in Hainan Province. There will be a lot of by-product such as banana straw when the banana be harvested. Now the way of utilization about the banana straw in China is feed changing and fibre changing. The two way both need banana straw sliced. So the quality of section will effect the follow-up processing of banana straw. We designed a banana straw slicing machine. And the process of slicing controlled by PLC. The slicing has good effect, high efficiency and lower power consumption. And it provides the foundation for the follow-up processing of banana straw.
