摘 要:高速插秧机的作业速度高、转速快,相比曲柄连杆式插秧机旋转速度提高了1倍,使得螺旋轴在两端的回转轨道处所承受的冲击载荷大大增加。为此,针对可调行距高速水稻插秧机,设计了一种可变螺距的移箱机构螺旋轴,使一根轴可以满足不同行距插秧横向送秧的要求;运用ANSYS软件建立了可变导程移箱机构参数化有限元模型,对其进行模态分析,并用模态试验验证了有限元模型的准确性和可靠性。在此基础上,对移箱机构进行了优化。结果表明:优化后的可变导程移箱机构的工作性能能够满足不同行距插秧实际作业的需要。For high working speed, fast speed of high-speed transplanter, its rotation speed increase one time than that of the crank and connecting rod type transplanter, its screw shaft in rotation at each end of the track has the significant impacting loads. For the adjustable line spacing high-speed rice transplanter, a variable pitch screw shaft was designed to meet the needs of transverse sent seedlings under different spacing. The FEA model of screw shaft was established to analyze the its mode by using ANSYS software. Finally, the accuracy and practicality were testified and its optimization was executed. The results indicate that the performance of optimized variable lead box body can meet the needs of actual work.
