摘  要:针对深松铲"通过深松铲固接装置与机架进行固接"和"直接通过螺栓固接在机架上"两种常用的深松铲安装方式,运用SolidWorks软件的Simulation模块分别对此两种安装方式进行了静力学仿真分析,得到了在两种安装方式下的深松铲应力、应变、位移及安全系数仿真云图。仿真云图显示,深松铲"直接通过螺栓固接在机架上"相对"通过深松铲固接装置与机架进行固接"可有效提高深松铲安全系数,但会使螺栓及螺栓孔处的应力值提高。There are two kind of frequently-used ways to fix deep sub-soiling shovel and frame .Such as, sub-soiling shovel and a frame is fixedly connected by sub-soiling shovel ’ s fixedly connected device , and sub-soiling shovel is fix-edly connected on the frame by bolts directly .In this paper , the Simulation module of SolidWorks software would be used for sub-soiling shovel of these two kinds of installation way of static simulation and analysis , and the simulation diagram of the stress , strain , displacement and safety factor were gotten .The simulation diagram show that , the way of sub-soi-ling shovel is fixedly connected on the frame by bolts directly can effectively improve the sub-soiling shovel ’ s safety fac-tor , but the stress values will been increase in the place where the bolt and bolt hole are .
