摘  要:剥叶系统是整杆式甘蔗收割机的核心部分。为研究剥叶系统功耗的影响因素,通过在自制的小型整杆式甘蔗收割机上进行单因素试验,分别研究甘蔗喂入量、甘蔗弯曲程度、甘蔗直径等3个因素对剥叶系统功耗的影响,并进行田间验证试验。结果表明:甘蔗喂入量及甘蔗直径对剥叶系统的功耗有显著影响,应综合蔗地实际种植密度、蔗杆直径等因素来匹配剥叶系统的功率。此试验为小型整杆式甘蔗收割机剥叶系统的机械设计提供了参考依据。Leaf-stripping system is the key part of small whole-stalk sugarcane harvester .In order to study the influence factors on power consumption of the leafstripping system ., single factor experiment was taken on the self-made small whole-stalk sugarcane harvester in this article , respectively research the 3 influence factors ,such as sugarcane feeding quantity ,bending degrees and sugarcane diameter , and field test was carried out .The experimental results showed that the number of the sugarcane and sugarcane ’ s diameter had a significant impact on power consumption of the leafstripping system .And to match the leaf-stripping system power , it should be integrated into the sugarcane planting density , the cane rod diameter and other factors .It can provide reference for the the mechanical design on leaf-stripping system of the whole-stalk sugarcane harvester .
