摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对创伤性颅脑损伤患者肢体运动及认知功能的影响。方法 120例创伤性颅脑损伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各60例,对照组采用常规的护理方法 ,试验组采用综合护理干预进行护理,对比经过4周护理后,对患者的临床护理效果进行比较。结果护理4周后,两组的Barthel指数、MMSE、MQ评分均有所上升,且试验组的评分上升幅度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对创伤性颅脑损伤患者采用综合护理干预进行护理的临床效果较为确切,肢体运动及认知功能改善明显,患者以及患者家属较为满意,因此值得在临床上进行广泛应用。Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on limb motor function and cognitive function of traumatic brain injury patients. Methods A total of 120 traumatic brain injury patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table, and each group contained 60 cases. The control group received conventional nursing method, while the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention. After 4-week nursing, comparison was made on the clinical nursing effects of patients. Results After nursing for 4 weeks, both groups had increased Barthel index, MMSE, and MQ scores. This increase was much more obvious in the experimental group than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of comprehensive nursing intervention has precise effect for traumatic brain injury patients. Their limb motor function and cognitive function are improvedremarkably. Patients and family are satisfied. Therefore, this method is worth wide application in clinic.
