摘  要:采用数值模拟和模型试验的方法对某600 MW机组选择性催化还原(SCR)烟气脱硝装置的流场进行了优化设计。在挡板门上部加装了导流板,使满负荷和低负荷时挡板门上部的烟气流速均提高到8m/s以上,从而解决了此处大量积灰的问题,且进入第1层催化剂的烟气速度分布、NH3浓度分布、烟气流线与垂直方向夹角和系统阻力均满足技术要求。利用物理模型对第1层催化剂入口的速度场和替代气体浓度场进行了测量,使用烟花示踪的方式观察了系统的流线,并在低负荷下进行了积灰试验,其结果与数值模拟结论一致。Through numerical simulation and model test,the flow field of the SCR flue gas denitration equip-ment in a 600 MW unit was investigated.Guide plates were added upon the damper to increase the flue gas velocity to higher than 8 m/s,which solves the problem of large amount of ash deposition on the damper. Moreover,all the velocity distribution and NH3 mole fraction distribution of the flue gas entering the first catalyst layer,the angle between the flue gas steam and the vertical direction,and the system resistant sat-isfied the technical requirements.The physical model was applied to measure the velocity field and the al-ternative gas concentration field at entrance of the first layer of catalyst.By firework tracer,the system streamlines were observed.Ash deposition test was also carried out at low load conditions,of which the re-sults verified the conclusions of the numerical simulation.
