摘  要:利用西安热工研究院有限公司自主研发的凝结水精处理混床运行诊断和优化专家系统对某超超临界1 000 MW机组凝结水精处理系统进行了运行诊断,找出了凝结水精处理系统高速混床(高混)和体外分离及再生设备存在的问题,并对其进行了运行参数调整试验,并进行了运行优化。优化后,该系统高混的周期制水量由7万m3升至13万m3,失效树脂经分离塔分离后阴离子交换树脂(阴树脂)中阳离子交换树脂(阳树脂)所占份额由原来的1.2%降至0.1%,阳树脂中阴树脂所占份额由原来的0.54%降至0.08%,运行周期内混床出水水质指标全部满足标准要求,长期运行热力系统水汽指标显著提高。The operation of condensate polishing system in a supercritical 1 000 MW unit was diagnosed,by the professional diagnosing system for high-speed mixed beds designed by Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute.Thus the existing problems occurred in high speed mixed bed and separation-regeneration equip-ment were found out.After operation optimization like parameter regulation was carried out,the periodic output amount of fabricated water from mixed bed increased from 70 000 m3 to 130 000 m3 .The percent of cation resins in anion resins decreased from 1.2% to 0.1%,and the percent of anion resins in cation resins decreased from 0.54% to 0.08%.The water quality of mixed bed effluent meets expectations related in GB/T12145—2008.For long-time operation after optimization,the technical quality index of water and steam was significantly improved.
