含氯消毒片中三氯异氰尿酸含量的液相色谱分析

摘　　要：在高效液相色谱流动相体系及条件下,测定了含氯消毒片中三氯异氰尿酸含量,以乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(5 mmol/L K2HPO4+5 mmol/L KH2PO4)(5:95)为流动相,紫外检测器,检测波长为213 nm,对试样进行液相色谱分离和测定。试验结果表明:该方法简便快速,结果重现性好,定量准确;其准确度、精密度、线性关系也较好。The method to measure TCCA content in chlorine disinfection tablets by HPLC was established, and the mobile phase system and conditions were determined as follows： using acctonitrilc-phosphatc buffer （5 rnmol/L K2HPO4 ＋ 5mmol/L KH2PO4）（5：95） as the mobile phase, ultraviolt detector detection wavelength 213 nm. Under above conditions, the sample was separated and determined. The experiment results have proved that, this method is simple and fast, and has good result repetition and accuracy.
