摘  要:应用料层高压研磨粉碎和涡流超细分级相结合的原理,使ATL新型超细立磨可以进行非金属矿的超细加工,其具有显著的节能效果,缓和了超细微粉细度、产量和能耗之间的矛盾,超细立磨越来越受到客户的青睐,已成为非金属矿超细微粉行业的主流设备。本文介绍的ATL超细立磨工艺系统以及在超细重钙领域的成功应用,证明了其在非金属矿超细加工领域具有优质性能和较高应用价值,其生产指标和产品性能指标均达到台湾同类超细立磨的标准。With high pressure grinding the materials and vortex superfine classifying the materials,the ATL new type superfine vertical grinding mill can be used for ultra-fine processing in the non-metallic minerals.The new type vertical grinding mill has feature of energy-saving and it also eases the contradiction of the superfine power fineness,productivity and the energy consumption to some extent.The superfine vertical grinding mill is more and more popular.Nowadays,it is the main equipment for superfine grinding the non-metallic minerals.In this article,we will introduce the ATL vertical grinding mill processing system,such as the successful application of the vertical mill in the superfine calcium carbonate production,which proves that the vertical grinding mill has better performance and higher application value.It has the same production index and the product performance index with Taiwan's superfine vertical grinding mill.
