摘　　要：通过调研国内外油田设备润滑脂,找出国内油田普通设备润滑脂的发展现状和使用缺陷;重点调研井下特殊设备钻头润滑脂,通过大量国内外专利的配方组成、性能对比,评述了国内外钻头润滑脂的基础油、稠化剂和添加剂的研究现状和发展趋势,找出了国内外的研究差距,对我国油田设备润滑脂的研发提供了理论依据。The development status and using defects of the domestic oil field equipment lubricating grease were found by reviewing the domestic and foreign products, focusing on the research of drill bit grease for down hole special equipments. Through formulation composition analysis and performance comparison from a large number of domestic and foreign patents, the research status and the development trend of base oil, thickeners and additives in drill bit grease were reviewed, and the study gap between at home and abroad was found out. it provided a theoretical basis for the development of oil field equipment lubricating grease in our country.
