摘  要:开式齿轮采用脂润滑时具有承载能力强、黏附性好和不易泄漏等优点,随着齿轮向重负荷、高传动比发展,对齿轮润滑脂的耐温性、极压抗磨性、黏附性等提出了更高的要求,研究一种新型耐高温极压齿轮润滑脂具有重要的现实意义。采用混合基础油、复合锂-钙皂稠化剂和添加剂制备极压齿轮润滑脂,探讨了组成、工艺和添加剂对齿轮润滑脂性能的影响。经配方筛选和工艺条件优化,研制的齿轮润滑脂具有良好的高低温性能,良好的抗氧、防锈、防腐、黏附和抗磨极压性能,可满足重负荷齿轮的润滑要求。It possesses many advantages, such as high load -carrying ability, good adhesive property, and little leakage, when open gear is lubricated by grease. The more district demands on high temperature property, antiwear and EP property and adhesive property of gear greases are proposed as the gear develops toward heavy load carrying and high transmission ratio. It is important to develop a new type of high temperature and EP gear grease. EP gear grease was prepared by mixed base oil, lithiumcalcium complex soap and additives. Effects of composition, technology conditions and additives on the properties of gear grease were discussed. By the optimization of compositions and technology conditions, the developed gear grease possesses excellent high and low temperature property, oxidation - resistance, anti - rust and corrosion protection, adhesive property and anti- wear and EP property. It can meet the lubrication demand of heavv duty gear.
