摘  要:通过现场采样和实验室模拟加标实验,确立了利用红外光谱法测定车间空气中油雾浓度的方法,并比较了玻璃纤维滤膜和聚四氟乙烯滤膜的采样性能。经研究发现,玻璃纤维滤膜的加标回收率为80.5%~95.7%,聚四氟乙烯滤膜的加标回收率为84.9%~96.7%;相对标准偏差结果均在5%以内。气体采样体积100L,萃取体积10mL,检出限为0.05mg/m^3。实验结果表明,红外分光光度法具有良好的准确性和检出限,适用于车间环境油雾含量的检测。A rapid and flexible infrared spectroscopy method for the determination of oil mist in the factory environment was developed by the field and laboratory simulation tests. As two candidate sampling methods, the performances of the glass fiber (GF) filter and the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter were compared. The results show the recovery rate of the GF filter membrane ranges from 80.5% to 95.7%, and the recovery rate of the PTFE filter membrane ranges from 84.9% to 96.7%. The relative standard deviations show a level within 5%. The determination limit is 0.05 mg/m3 when a 100 -liter sample volume coupled with a 10 - milliliter extraction volume are applied. The experiment shows satisfactory results which could meet the increasing requirements of the occupational health and safety in metal processing workplaces.
