摘　　要：一个地区的社会技术价值意识、社会信任与财富创造观念的状况会对当地的区域创新体系的绩效产生持久而重要的影响,广泛而持续的技术与产业创新只会发生在那些具有崇尚实践、尊重财富创造、富有诚信意识与合作精神的地区,文化建设应该成为区域创新体系建设的重要维度。The regional condition of social awareness of the value of technology, social trust and wealth creation conscience influences the performance of the regional innovation system importantlyand lastingly .Wide and continuous innovation of technology and industry occurs only in those areas which are rich in practical conscience, integrity,the spirit of cooperation and respect for wealth creation. Culture construction should be an important dimension to the construction of regional innovation system.
