摘　　要：蛇口工业区作为我国经济改革的第一个试验区,开创了影响深远的蛇口模式。本文认为蛇口模式的本质是一种社会技术创新,是一种兼容技术创新和制度创新的知识创新,其核心是一系列以惯例作为表现形式的知识,包括商业模式、组织惯例和知识繁衍技术。本文详细梳理了蛇口工业区在30余年的时间中围绕科技园区四大核心功能——土地经营、产业集聚、创新孵化、知识社区所进行的社会技术创新。Shekou industrial zone created a far reaching Shekou Model, as the first experimental zone of economic reform in China. This paper argues that the essence of Shekou Model is the innovation of social technologies, which is a kind of knowledge innovation, compatible with technology innovation and institution innovation. The core of social technologies is knowledge, whose forms are a series of conventions, including business model, organizational routines, and knowledge-reproduction techniques.lt is extremely important for historical research and current practices that Shekou industrial zone innovated social technologies around the four basic functions of science ＆ technology park, such as land management, industrial agglomeration, innovation incubation, knowledge community,during more than 30 years around.
