摘　　要：利用Web of Science数据库建立珠江三角洲在1994-1998,1999-2003,2004-2008以及2009-2013这4个时期的科学合作矩阵,运用网络绘图分析软件Ucinet中的Net-draw子模块将科学合作矩阵可视化,从整体上展现该区域内科学合作网络的基本构架。通过分析该区域科学合作网络中各个节点功能的变化,了解该网络的演进过程与变化机理。结果表明,珠江三角洲城市间科学合作网络形态基本形成,但网络内部结构简单且不成熟,以广州和深圳为主导核心的"核心-边缘"结构将长期作用于珠三角洲科学合作网络发展。Using the database of Web of Science to get the data matrix of science collaboration papers of the Small Pearl River Delta during the years from 1994 to 1998, from 1999 to 2003, from 2004 to 2008 and from 2009 to 2013.And then to grape the basic characteristics of inter-city of scientific collaboration structure of that zone by using the social network software--Net- draw. The results show that even if the scientific collaboration network has been established, the structure of the network is simple and it is far away from the mature network. What is more, the growing core-periphery structure dominated by Guangzhou and Shenzhen would have significant influence on the development of scientific collaboration network of that zone for a long time.
