摘　　要：改革开发以来,中国工业化、城镇化快速发展,但同时我国的生态环境也遭到严重破坏,生态困境应运而生。公众广泛参与生态文明建设是消解我国生态困境的基本路径。当前我国公众参与生态文明建设存在诸多问题,主要是公众生态文明意识淡薄、公众参与动力不足和公众参与建设程度不强。提升公众参与生态文明建设水平的对策是培养生态公民、构建生态文明建设公众参与机制和重塑良好的生态文明生活方式。Since the reform and opening-up, China＇s industrialization and urbanization have developed rapidly. Ecological environment has been damaged severely in the process of rapid development and ecological predicament has also emerged. Broad and active public participation in the construction of socialism ecological civilization is the basic path to digest ecological predicament. There are many problems in the process of public participation in the construction of ecological civilization which are mainly weak public awareness of ecological civilization, power lack of public participation in the constructionof ecological civilization and not strong degree of public participation. The main measures to improve the level of public participation in the construction of ecological civilization are training ecocitizen, constructing mechanism of public participation in the construction of ecological civilization and remodeling ecological civilization lifestyle.
