高效液相色谱法测定感冒清胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚的含量

摘　　要：目的建立感冒清胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚质量分数测定方法。方法选用KrommasilC18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-水（体积比30：70）为流动相，检测波长为249nm，流速为1．0mL／min。结果对乙酰氨基酚进样量在0．1024—3．0720μg范围内线性关系良好（r=1），平均回收率为99．03％（RSD=1．8％，n=6）。结论本法简便、快捷、稳定、专属性强，可有效控制感冒清胶囊的质量。Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of paracetamol in Ganmaoqing capsules. Methods Kromasil CIs column （250 min×4.6 mm, 5 μm）was selected to optimize the HPLC conditions with methanol-water （30：70）as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 249 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear range of paracetamol was 0.102 4-3.072 0 μg （r= 1 ）. The average recovery was 99.03% （RSD = 1.8%, n = 6）. Conclusion The method was simple, fast, stable and accurate with high specificity. Therefore, it could be used for the quality control of Ganmaoqing capsules.
