六味地黄生物制剂超声前后其醇溶部分对果蝇繁殖力的影响

摘  要:目的比较六味地黄生物制剂超声前后其醇溶部分对果蝇繁殖力的影响。方法对六味地黄生物制剂进行超声和不超声处理,分别醇沉,浓缩成相对密度为1.25(60℃)的稠浸膏,饲喂果蝇不同体积浓度(0.3%、0.45%、0.9%、1.8%、2.7%)未超声的醇溶部分浸膏和超声后体积浓度为0.9%的醇溶部分浸膏,并以普通培养基为空白对照组,观察其对果蝇繁殖力的影响。结果未超声的醇溶部分浸膏各浓度组均能增加子一代和子二代的成虫数;而超声后的醇溶部分浸膏0.9%组不能增加子一代和子二代的成虫数。结论六味地黄生物制剂不需经超声破碎光合细菌,直接醇沉即有能提高果蝇生命活力的作用。Objective To compare the effect of alcohol soluble part of Liuweidihuang decoction metabolized by photosynthetic bacteria( LW-PSB) on the reproduction of Drosophil melanogaster. Methods LW-PSB was precipitated by alcohol before and after ultrasound treatment. Alcohol precipitation was concentrated into thick extract with a relative density of 1. 25( 60℃). Then the thick extracts with different concentrations were orally administered into Drosophila melanogaster. The reproduction of Drosophil melanogaster was assessed. Results Thick extracts with different concentrations without ultrasound treatment enhanced the productivity of Drosophil melanogaster,but thick extracts at 0. 9% concentration with ultrasound treatment did not. Conclusion LW-PSB without ultrasound treatment may directly enhance the vitality of Drosophil melanogaster.
