摘　　要：文章提出了一种对大功率器件微放电检测的新方法,理论分析了这种方法的有效性,并对目前的微放电检测方法进行了分析,以表明这种新方法的优越性。A new method for multipaction detection of high-power component is presented. Theory analysis demon-strates the usefulness of the method. Asurvy of existing methods for multipaction detection is given as a background, in order to illustrate the advantages of the new method.
