摘　　要：正当持票人制度的诞生和发展是商事需求发展的需要。这种优先于一般持票人权利的特权需要通过严格而明确的标准予以确定,这些严格要求包含:对价、善意以及不知情。对于这些条件的正确理解,是确定正当持票人身份的关键所在。The development of the holder in due course system is the need for commercial development. The privileges prior to the general holder rights will need to be determined by strict standard, which include： value for, in good faith and without notice. For a correct understanding of these conditions, the key is to determine the identity of the holder in due course.
