摘　　要：我国历史上的不同朝代,都有对邪教和邪教性质组织的立法。而现代,为维护国家安全、社会稳定,邪教立法也显得尤为紧迫。通过对古代邪教立法的研究,与现代邪教进行对比,可以使人们认清邪教本质,进而倡导科学,抵御邪教,以促进国家立法机关加快邪教立法进程。In different dynasties of China＇s history, there is legislation on cults and cult organizations. And in the modem time, for the interests of national security, social stability, the legislation on cult also appear to be particularly urgent. Through the study of ancient cult legislation, compared with modem cults, people can recognize the cult, and advocate scientific, evil religion in order to promote national legislature and accelerate the process of cult legislation.
