高等法律职业教育实训教学体系的建设与应用研究

摘　　要：遵循发现问题——分析问题——解决问题的脉络,探讨高等法律职业教育实训教学体系中的硬件和软件建设问题,提出包括实训方案、实训教材、实训资料库、实训考评、实训基地、实训教师队伍建设及实训教学模式等诸要素构成的高等法律职业教育实训教学体系建设方案,构建案例讨论、法律辩论、审判观摩、法庭模拟及法律诊所等高等法律职业教育实训教学体系应用模式。Following the vein of discovering, analysing and resolving the questions, the author discusses the software and hardware construction of the teaching system in higher legal vocational education. Then the author proposes the de- velopment scheme for the teaching system in higher legal vocational education, including such factors as practice plan, textbook, database, valuation, base and staff, etc. And the author builds the applicable patterns of the teaching system in higher legal vocational education including case discussion, legal debate, trial observation, court mock-up and legal clinics.
