摘　　要：中国纺织业是国民经济传统支柱产业,是我国的民生产业,也是国际竞争优势产业,在扩大出口、吸纳就业等多方面发挥着不可替代的作用。党的十一届三中全会强调企业应当承担社会责任并提出了要求。纺织行业早在2005年已开始践行企业社会责任建设工作,CSC9000T体系正是国内第一个行业性企业社会责任行为准则。而纺织企业的社会法律责任建设关乎劳动者、消费者、环境保护以及社会整体利益,是企业应当承担的基础性义务。Textile enterprises are the pillar industry of national economy in China. It is the important industry for people’s livelihood,and also has great competitive advantages. Textile enterprises play an irreplaceable role in expanding exports,employment,etc. The party’s eleven plenary session stressed that enterprises should have social responsibility and put forward on requirements. The textile industry has begun construction of enterprise social responsibility practice as early as 2005; the CSC9000T system is the first industry corporate social responsibility standards of behavior. Textile enterprise’s construction of social responsibility,which relates to workers,consumers,environment protection and the interests of the whole society,is the fundamental obligation of enterprises should bear
