摘 要:介绍了高炉出铁场烟尘特性和除尘技术的发展情况。详细论述了宁波钢铁有限公司高炉出铁场除尘所采用的顶吸、双侧吸和A盖烟尘治理技术。通过合理分配各产尘点风量,采用单套长袋低压脉冲袋式除尘系统的方式,解决了出铁场粉尘排放及岗位粉尘超标等问题。同时对该方案的实际应用情况和后续优化等进行了阐述,对其他高炉出铁场除尘系统改造具有一定的参考作用。The characteristics of dust and the development process of the dust removal technology for blast furnace casthouse are introduced, among which the treatment methods adopted by Ningbo Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. ,including special technologies of top suction, bilateral suction and A cover suction are described in detail. Through the wind volume rational allocation of each dust-producing points and the dust removal way of single-long-low pulse baghouse system, the problems of excessive dust emissions of casthouse and working-position are solved. Meanwhile, this dust removal technology is optimized by the following practices, which is also can be used in dust removal system transformation of other blast furnace casthouses.
