摘  要:针对电弧炉炉龄普遍较低问题,系统分析了目前影响电炉炉龄的各种要素。结果表明:渣线和炉门口配置高碳质镁碳砖,熔池等部位配置中低碳质镁碳砖,捣打料中Fe O含量控制在4%以下可以有效提高电炉炉龄;冶炼过程的埋弧操作、炉渣中Cr2O3含量控制在6%以下和炉壁挂渣是持续提高电炉炉龄的关键。改进后,电炉炉龄有了大幅度提高,较2012年平均值提高了50炉。For the problem of lower lining life of EAF under the harsh conditions, the influencing factor of the lining life is analyzed. The results show that the lining life of EAF can improve effectively by slag line and oven using high carbonaceous magnesia carbon brick, bath and other part of the EAF using middle or low carbonaceous magnesia carbon brick and the FeO content of the ramming compound controlling less than 4%. The submerged arc smelting operation at the smelting processing, controlling Cr2O3 content of slag less than 6% and the furnace wall coving slag are the key factor of improving the lining life of EAF. After the improvement, the lining life of EAF have improved greatly, the lining life is higher 50 compared with the average in 2012.
